What a great hassle free buying experience, Mike the sales guy did an exceptional job from start to finish I was just so impressed. Manager was upfront and totally transparent. I had a great buying experience at Korum Hyundai. Joe Herrera was so helpful, making sure that he was giving me the best deal he could. He showed me so many things that I didn't know about the Tuscan that I didn't know about, even after months of studying the different hybrid cars and options. This was the first hybrid I have owned and with so many changes between my 2008 Ford and my new car, I appreciated his help. After the sale was completed, he took all the time necessary to explain what everything on the dashboard is and what it does. I highly recommend Korum Hyundai and Joe Herrera if you want to get a great car at a great price.

We purchased our Palisade here. That was a pretty good experience. Although some how the Bluelink was set up under another person, this was a new car. After many calls we finally got that figured out with the help of the GM. We paid for the extended warranty. It’s a great deal if you can get in to get the work done. It took a month to get the clear coat we paid for put on then 3 hours when I was there because there were weird spots all over the car. That was fixed after lots of waiting. Our key fobs were all scratched up upon purchasing and the sales manager told us he would order new ones. It took 5 months for these to get picked up. First they ordered the wrong ones, then when my husband went for the oil change and the recall ( the actual reason we made the apt) he got one fob, we were told 2 and no recall part was there. Upon coming home 2 of the 3 fobs we have now didn’t work. “We will call you in a couple days to get the part put in” is what he was told. We waited 3 weeks, no one called. So I called today and they said come in at 2:30, this was at noon. Show up and they said you don’t have an apt. This is after they transferred me to parts to see if it was in, it was and waiting, again no one called us. Had we not called back again we wouldn’t have known. And how when you make the apt 2 hours prior do you not have it on the books. “It will take an hour and a half” our apt just finished and guess what, they messed up the fobs again. Had to wait to get them fixed yet again. To say we are disappointed in the HUGE lack of customer service is an understatement. How can one department not get it together and constantly be an issue for people who haven’t even been going there for a year. I don’t get it.
